I've tried it all. Counting calories and fat grams does NOT work for me. This is an experiment to see if going low carb is the answer for me. First week will be No Sugar, Gluten or Dairy (except for 1.5 tbsp of Half and Half in my coffee). Adjustments will be made on a weekly basis.
