April Goals

I like having goals.  I'm the kind of person that needs something to look forward to and plan for.

Since April is half over, I've decided on only two goals for April.

  • Start walking (conditions: If the temp is at least 45 degrees and the sky isn't falling)
  • Water (drink AT LEAST 6 glasses a day)

What are your goals for the month?


  1. I've decided to do the paleo Whole 30 challenge to get as healthy as possible before my surgery.

    I "hope" I lose weight but I'll be content with feeling better.

  2. Juice every day that includes greens, higher lean protein, next to no "simple" cards, walk at least 1.5 miles a day. Drink 68 oz of water every day.
    Those are my goals.

  3. Believe it or not, because I'm not training for an endurance event, I need to establish a few goals myself. I have a pesky 5-7 pounds that won't pack their bags and move outta my rear apartment. I need an accountability partner! You make me smile--you're still hanging in there! xo

  4. yeah, for walking ,you have to see weather first if it is not too hot or not raining then go for walking .and drink at least 8 glasses in a day it helps to burn calories faster.
