Addicted To Coke


I'm giving up Coke again.

This time for good.

I'm not even going to substitue the Zero.  

I'm going to switch to water. 


  1. If I can do it you can do it. After the first week it gets a little easier, and within three months you won't want it at all. I know that seems crazy, but I swear.

  2. I gave up soda & don't even miss it! My favorite thing is True Lime in water. You MUST try it. And you can cook with it too. =)

  3. Best of luck to you!! I have tried many times with no luck:( my diet coke;)

  4. I love a good fountain Coke but I limit them to 3-4 times a year.

  5. I haven't had a soda in months...I've been making water kefir...and flavoring it with mango, strawberry, etc. You can do it!

  6. Good thing we are friends on myfitnesspal because if I hadn't already known you were giving up soda the title of this in my google reading list would have taken on a whole new meaning. But it did make me pause and then giggle.
